At Suited Apparel, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when you order has been shipped.

We endevour to ship all orders as soon as possible. However, there might be times when orders are delayed for reasons outside of our control (e.g. high volume of orders or postal service problems or strikes). 

​

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These varies depending on location and weight of the items ordered. 

​

We offer free shipping to any orders over £200.

​

If you are local to Brighton and Hove (UK) we can arrange for you to pick up in store or from one of our local offices / warehouses free of charge. Please get in touch before placing an order to avoid incurring in any additional costs.

​

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within United Kingdom at present. We do not offer international shipping as standard.

How do I check the status of my order?

​

When your order has shipped, you will received an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow for at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

​

If you have not received your item within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@suitedfashion.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

The Small Print

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@suitedfashion.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns and refunds for items that are returned to us damaged or dirty. 

We also cannot offer returns or refunds for any products from our bespoke range, as these are made to order to your measurements and therefore cannot be resold. The only occasion when we will arrange a refund or an exchange for a bespoke product is if the product was damaged in transit by one of our couriers. We will require photographic proof of this on the day of delivery.
