WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash and card payments from all the major card providers.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want to ensure that we provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at info@suitedfashion.co.uk as a first step. We will endevour to resolve any possible issue promptly and arrange a refund or exchange if appropriate.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be returned to us in its original packaging and unopened. We do offer refunds and exchanges on items that are of the wrong size but these items must be returned to us with the original label still attached and without any damage. Items that are returned damaged or dirty will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that our made to order items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect, as these are produced to your specific measurements and therefore cannot be resold.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do offer pre-paid gift cards that can be purchased in store and have a validity of 6 months.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on giftcards after purchase.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
We operate regular pop-up shops in Brighton and Hove (UK) where our products can be purchased in person. Alternatively, you can purchase our ready-to-wear and bespoke designs through our online store on this website.
DISPACH AND DELIVERY
All our products are either dispached from our manufacturer in Italy or from the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary, depending on whether you are ordering a ready-to-wear design or bespoke product made to order.

We aim to deliver our products within 7 working days. However, bespoke products may take longer depending on the manufacturing times.

We use a Tracked and Signed delivery service wherever possible, to ensure that you receive your item safely and securely.

Please note that at the moment we cannot deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
